Seabourn and APT will enter into a "multi-year partnership" and will charter two ships next year saying they will expand focus on expedition cruising.
The stalwart Australian travel brand will charter both Seabourn Venture and Seabourn Pursuit on sailings in the UK, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Greenland, the Kimberley and Antarctica.
“This collaboration represents a significant milestone for both companies as we elevate the luxury for our guests in partnership with Seabourn,” said David Cox, chief executive of APT Travel Group at the announcement.
In related news, Seabourn director of sales, Wendy Lahmich, will step down and leave the travel industry following a career spanning 30 years.
