Paul Gauguin Cruises is offering an 11-night “Australs & Society Islands” voyage on the MS Paul Gauguin departing Sept. 21 from Papeete, Tahiti. The cruise includes two whale-watching opportunities in Moorea in the Society Islands and Rurutu, an island in the rarely visited Australs chain. Guest lecturers will include marine biologist Scott Baker; Cécile Gaspar, president of Te Mana O Te Moana, a non-profit conservation organization; and oceanographer and environmentalist Jean-Michel Cousteau.
